Seeds and beans are particularly high in nitrilosides, especially when sprouted and they should form the main part of an anti-cancer diet.
To sprout seeds, soak them first for several hours. Spread the seeds on a sprouting tray, a dish or in a glass jar and place in a darkened atmosphere at room temperature. Rinse the seeds twice daily. When the sprouts appear (usually between 3-4 days) bring into the light and continue the twice daily rinsing routine. Eat when the sprouts are approximately one inch long.
It must be mentioned that laetrile can only be obtained from a medical practitioner sympathetic to alternative treatments. Laetrile can be obtained from Cantassium Larkhall Labs, 229 Putney Bridge Road, London, but only with a note from the practitioner taking responsibility for the injections. A word should be mentioned here about the Bristol Cancer Help Centre set up in the early 1980's and now greatly expanded due to the pressure of increased demand. Anyone wishing to turn to alternative methods of cancer treatment ought to contact this organisation and ask them to send the introductory package on the Bristol Cancer Centre treatment, which will include a tape, several booklets and general information about the Clinic. Visitors to the Clinic are encouraged, where they will receive a warm welcome and much moral support. Longer term patients are accepted. The address is:

Treatment is under the professional guidance of Dr Alec Forbes, a founder member of the Clinic.
Treatment for any cancer should be undertaken only under the guidance of a qualified medical practicioner. No claims can be made for laetrile except that when combined with a holistic approach to cancer with particular emphasis upon a natural dietary regime, it appears to assist the body to gain control of an existing cancer. Vitamin B17 may also be included in the diet in the form of nitriloside rich foods, as part of an overall programme of dietary and lifestyle improvements in the prevention of cancer.
